Amigurumi Pink Rabbit Free Pattern

Hello peeps!
Let’s say I wanted to get this pattern out by Easter and it has taken me this long to write it down. Hope you don’t mind, I know you wouldn’t. 🙂

Crochet Hook : 2.5mm
Yarn : Medium weight gray colored yarn

Note: Worked in continuous rounds without joining each time.
If there’s a semi colon in between rounds it means those rounds are sc around without an increase or decrease.

Rabbit’s eyes:

I’m not sure if I did full justice to her eyes, I wanted some naive looking ones and my husband says it makes her look like an owl.
Using black coloured yarn,
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2 sl st in each sc around. (12)
Adding the white coloured yarn,
Make 8 sc in a semi circle.

Rabbit’s ears:

Using pink coloured yarn, the ears are worked in single crochet through and I hope it makes sense to just put down the number of stitches in each row if it is 1sc in each sc
Row 1: Chain 7 (6)
Row 2: (6)
Row 3: (6)
Row 4: 2sc(inc),1sc in each sc(4), 2sc(inc). (8)
Row 5: (8)
Row 6: (8)
Row 7: 2sc(inc),1sc in each sc(6), 2sc(inc). (10)
Row 8: (10)
Row 9: (10)
Row 10: 2sc(inc),1sc in each sc(8), 2sc(inc). (12)
Row 11: (12)
Row 12: (12)
Row 13: 2sc(inc),1sc in each sc(10), 2sc(inc). (14)
Row 14: (14)
Row 15: (14)
Row 16: (14)
Row 17: 1sc(dec),1sc in each sc(10), 1sc(dec). (12)
Row 18: 1sc(dec),1sc in each sc(8), 1sc(dec). (10)
Row 19: 1sc(dec),1sc in each sc(6), 1sc(dec). (8)
Row 20: 1sc(dec),1sc in each sc(4), 1sc(dec). (6)
Using gray coloured yarn single crochet around the ears. I have a feeeling it would look better with a furry yarn.

Rabbit’s legs:

Using gray colored yarn and working in rounds,
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2sc in each sc around. (12)

Rabbit’s arms:

Using gray colored yarn and working in rounds,
Round 1: Magic Circle, 6sc into the circle & then pull it close. (6)
Round 2: 2sc in each sc around. (12)
Round 3: [sc in the sc, 2sc in the next sc] * 6 times. (18)

Round 8: sc around. (12)
Round 9: 1sc, inc, 1sc, inc, 1sc, inc, 1sc till the end(6). (15)
Round 10: 1sc, dec, 1sc, dec, 1sc, dec, 1sc till the end(6). (12)
Finish, stuff and sew all the parts to its body.

Rabbit’s skirt:

Using pink colored yarn, join in at the region where the top of the dress meets the undergarments of the bunny.
Round 1: sl st around. (40)
Round 2: [sc in the next 4 sl st, 2sc in the next sl st]* 8 times (48).
Round 3: [sc in the next 5sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (56).
Round 4: [sc in the next 6sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (64).
Round 5: [sc in the next 7sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (72).
Round 6: [sc in the next 8sc, 2sc in the next] * 8 times. (80).
Now for the scalloped trim at the end,
[sc, chain 2, skip 1] repeat around the skirt.
For the collar I have joined in the pink colored yarn in a similar manner at the neck, and worked in rounds till it looked like one.
